BANNER AND DAVIS PEAKS AT DAWN
Thousand Island Lake at dawn reflecting the rugged peaks of the Eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains. At the confluence of the John Muir Trail and the Pacific Coast Trail stand a beautiful set of rocky outcrops and gorgeous lake dotted with small islands. Banner Peak's second tallest peak in the Ritter Range and is 12,942 feet tall and is still home to several small glaciers.
