GOLD DUST DAY GECKO

This little gem is not native to the Hawaiian Islands. Originally from Madagascar, this lizard has adapted well to the tropical island of Hawaii. It feeds on insects and nectar. It can reach a body length of about 15-22 cm.

  • The young sea turtles are mostly omnivores. They will eat fish eggs, invertebrates, mollusks and even sponges. As they age, their diet simplifies until they are older when their diet consists of algae and sea grasses.
