WILD GOOSE ISLAND
Sunset falling upon Glacier National Park. Unfortunately Glacier National Park is quickly losing the beautiful glaciers that gives the park its name. In 1850, there were 150 glaciers in the park. Currently there are only 25 active glaciers, many of whom arae mere remnants of what they once were. If global warming is not slowed, it is estimated that all of Glacier National Park's glaciers will be gone by 2030, if not sooner.
